Kilmarnock College Raise money for comic relief
Staff and students at Kilmarnock College have raised more than £780.00 for Comic Relief by taking part in wonderfully creative activities throughout the College.

In what has been deemed the most successful Comic Relief year ever for the fundraising day – staff and students at the College took part in activities including a dance-off competition, staff members busking in the canteen, a jumble sale and dress down for £1.00 to raise the funds.
Staff and students were also asked to turn the red nose silver and cover it with 20p pieces in the lobby of the College.
Laurenne Baird, Sabbatical Student President who co-ordinated the activities for the College, said: “This is a great sum to have raised for such a worthy cause. The students are very good fundraisers and when the activities involved are as varied as we had throughout the past week they are even keener to get involved.”
